A team of skilled and qualified workers that are passionate about their work and upholding the rights of each customer.
The most important thing to me is having the right to control my life. After 20 or so years in the humanities industry I decided I wanted to provide a service that embodied this human right.
We took a small group of participants on a holiday to surfers paradise and the theme parks, it was a definite hit with participants and workers. Everyone had a fantastic time.
CCCare also took a participant on a P&O cruise, he had a blast !

How do we work out the costings?
When you meet with our coordinators, we will discuss your requirements and list the costs of the services you would like from us. This will itemize group or 1:1 rate, weekend or evening rates and how many hours you have based on the funding in the plan, and how many hours will be necessary to achieve your goals
Can transport be charged from the NDIS plan?
yes if there is klms in the current plan
Can my service be flexible?
Yes, it’s always a good idea to have flexibility in your service agreement so when something special or different arises, there is the opportunity to change or add to what you have.
What if I am not happy with my plan outcome?
If the outcome of the plan is not enough to meet your goals and you feel that the plan is inadequate to provide the necessary supports, there is a review process with the NDIA. Please call us if you need some help, and if you feel that the captured needs are not reflective of your disability, we can assist with requesting a review.
What can I purchase from my plan?
An example may be best: your plan might support you with funds to pay a support worker to assist you to attend an event, but the funds will not generally be available for the price of the tickets. If you need an item for communication, for example, an Ipad, it may be reasonable and necessary if it directly relates to your disability. If in doubt check with your LAC, Coordinator of Supports
Can I use services that are not NDIS registered?
Yes, but only If you are plan managed or self-managed. If you are agency managed, you must use NDIA approved services
What if my circumstances change and I need more help?
The NDIS has a change of circumstances form and you can always request a review for your changes during the plan period.
What if I don’t get support coordination, who can help?
You are not alone. If you do not receive support coordination your LAC will be able to provide you with some hours of support to implement your plan.
How can I spend the plan money?
Sometimes, the funds will be quite specifically targeted, for example, the purchase of specialized equipment. In other cases, you have scope for choice. This will be clearly stated on the plan.
Who pays for my staff if we catch a train and go to an event?
NDIS does not cover the cost of staff entry/tickets. You may be able to access a Companion Card to help you with some of these costs. go to www.nswcompanioncard.org.au
